【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandrequirementsforcomponentssuchaspipes,fittingsandvalvesmadefromoneofthefollowingmaterials:—acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS);—unplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U);—chlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C);intendedtobeusedforthermoplasticspipingsystemsinabove-groundindustrialapplications.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoABS,PVC-UorPVC-Cpipes,fittings,valvesandancillaryequipmenttotheirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterials,dependingontheirsuitability,intendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofliquidandgaseousfluidsaswellasofsolidmatterinfluidsforindustrialapplicationssuchas:—chemicalplants;—industrialsewerageengineering;—powerengineering(coolingandgeneral-purposewatersupply);—electroplatingandpicklingplants;—thesemiconductorindustry;—agriculturalproductionplants;—watertreatment.NOTE1Whererelevant,nationalregulationsforspecificapplications(e.g.watertreatment)apply.OtherapplicationareasarepermittediftherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardand/orapplicablenationalrequirementsarefulfilled.Relevantregulationsinrespectoffirebehaviourandexplosionriskareapplicableifapplicationsareenvisagedforinflammablemedia.Thecomponentshavetowithstandthemechanical,thermalandchemicaldemandstobeexpectedandhavetoberesistanttothefluidstobeconveyed.Characteristicsandrequirementswhichareapplicabletoallthreematerials(ABS,PVC-UandPVC-C)arecoveredbytherelevantclausesofthisInternationalStandard.Thosecharacteristicsandrequirementswhicharedependentonthematerialaregivenforeachmaterialintherelevantannex(seeTable1).NOTE2Componentsconformingtoanyoftheproductstandardslistedinthebibliographyortonationalstandards,asapplicable,maybeusedwithcomponentsconformingtothisInternationalStandardprovidedtheyconformtotherequirementsforjointdimensionsandtotheotherrelevantrequirementsofthisstandard.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaguidetodeterminetherelativeabrasivewearresistanceofcementedcarbidesunderhigh-stressabrasionconditions.Theabrasivewearisnotameasureofwearcharacteristicsofcarbidesunderallconditionsandisnottobemisconstruedasindicativeofwearwhencarbidesareusedformachinery.Itdoesshowthedifferenceinresistancetoabrasiveusefordifferentcarbidecompositionsandcanbeusedasapracticaltestorasaresearchmethodforsortingoutthesedifferences.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofabrasivewearresistanceofcementedcarbides.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIequivalentsofinch-poundunitsareinparenthesesandmaybeapproximate.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
