【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61851appliestoon-boardandoff-boardequipmentforchargingelectricroadvehiclesatstandarda.c.supplyvoltages(asperIEC60038)upto1000Vandatd.c.voltagesupto1500V,andforprovidingelectricalpowerforanyadditionalservicesonthevehicleifrequiredwhenconnectedtothesupplynetwork.Electricroadvehicles(EV)impliesallroadvehicles,includingpluginhybridroadvehicles(PHEV),thatderiveallorpartoftheirenergyfromon-boardbatteries.Theaspectscoveredincludecharacteristicsandoperatingconditionsofthesupplydeviceandtheconnectiontothevehicle;operatorsandthirdpartyelectricalsafety,andthecharacteristicstobecompliedwithbythevehiclewithrespecttothea.c./d.c.EVSE,onlywhentheEVisearthed.NOTE1ClassIIvehiclesarenotdefined,butthelackofinformationforthistypeofvehiclemeansthattherequirementsforthestandardareunderconsideration.NOTE2ThisstandardalsoappliestoEVSEwithon-sitestoragecapability.Requirementsforspecificinlet,connector,plugandsocket-outletsforEVsarecontainedinIEC62196-1:2003.Standardsheetsforthevehicleconnectorandinletarealsounderconsideration.TheywillbeincorporatedinaseparatepartofstandardIEC62196.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverallsafetyaspectsrelatedtomaintenance.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletotrolleybuses,railvehicles,industrialtrucksandvehiclesdesignedprimarilyforuseoff-road.
